    The setting is reasonably priced, short walk to Edinburgh Castle, fountain park and Princes Street, really comfortable area. It has extremely friendly staff team in all areas. The units are big, brand-new.

    My studio suite and bed were good. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave were appreciated. The location was central, marvellous to Haymarket train station. The staff was super-friendly and amiable, everything was brand-new.

    Couples looking for a clean base will love it

    The room we stayed in shocked us with how clean it was, having visited and lived in student flats in the past. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, with a few key essentials like soap and shaving kits available to take as needed from reception.

    It was pricey but still acceptable for what we got.

    Spacious kitchen, clean bathroom, with everything we needed including cookware and an electric kettle. The bedroom was quiet and conveniently located just 2.5 km from the train station.
